F&R I introduces students to the roles that firefighters play to protect the public from the loss of life and property. Students will be introduced to the history, terminology, and basic firefighting skills needed.
F&R II students will prepare to be leaders. Students will be given a group of Fire and Rescue I students to serve as their squad leader. State certifications include Fire Officer Strategy and Tactics. Students will work with a State investigator covering fire investigation.
